Returns
At Craft IRL Studio, every item is made with care and many of our products are personalized or made to order.
Personalized Products
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a manufacturing defect
Non-Personalized Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
We'll gladly replace or refund the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
