What makes Craft IRL different?
We're a Canadian small business run by passionate gamers and makers. Every product is designed in-house, carefully 3D printed, assembled, and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. We focus on creating original designs and bringing gaming-inspired creations into real life with craftsmanship we're proud of.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is designed and manufactured by us using high-quality 3D printing technology. Each piece is individually printed, cleaned, assembled, and inspected before shipping.
Are your products officially licensed?
No. Our products are original fan-inspired creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any game developers, publishers, or trademark owners unless explicitly stated.
Can I customize my order?
Many of our products can be personalized with names, colors, or other custom options. Available customization options are listed on each product page.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as custom items are made exactly as submitted.
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Current processing times are always shown on our website.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 3–6 business days
United States: 4–9 business days
International: 2–4 weeks
Please note that customs processing, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
For customers outside Canada and the United States, we recommend ordering through our Etsy shop to help reduce potential duties and import fees.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be cancelled because they are made specifically for you.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly help if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product.
Because most of our products are personalized or made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a problem with the order.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at craftirlshop@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Why does my product have visible layer lines?
Our products are made using premium 3D printing technology. Fine layer lines are a natural characteristic of the manufacturing process and are part of what makes each piece unique. Every item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Do colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent product colors. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the lighting in which the product is photographed.
Do you take custom design requests?
We love hearing new ideas! While we can't guarantee every request can be accommodated, feel free to contact us with your concept. We'll let you know if it's something we can create.
