MEET THE TEAM

  • Violet

Crafter · Designer · Professional Idea Hoarder

Fueled by tea, games, and way too many ideas. Violet is happiest creating something new—when she’s not dancing or starting another project.

  • Ryan

Production · Engineering · Makes Things Work

Gamer, trend spotter, and keeper of the printers. Ryan has a knack for predicting what’s next and making sure the machines actually cooperate.

  • Mickey

    Head of Field Research
Cuddly, curious, and very vocal. Mickey loves supervised outdoor adventures, cozy snuggles, and making sure his opinions are always heard.

  • Smokey

    Senior Nap Consultant
The oldest and wisest member of the support team. Smokey oversees studio comfort, tests every soft surface, and firmly believes no important decision should be made without a nap first.

  • Lili

    Chief Morale Officer
Cute, curious, and always where she shouldn’t be. Lili keeps morale high by interrupting work, supervising from inconvenient locations, and making sure nobody stays productive for too long.

WHERE IT STARTED

A Lot of Enders. A Lot of Learning.

Our first printer studio was built almost entirely from Ender printers. They were affordable, capable…and definitely finicky. Back then, running a 3D printer meant constantly tuning, modifying, upgrading and occasionally taking the whole thing apart.

It wasn’t always easy, but it taught us how 3D printing actually works — and what yield the best quality.

BUILT THROUGH EXPERIENCE

We Learned to Fix Almost Everything.

Years of troubleshooting printers taught us to spot problems, understand materials and fine-tune our machines for better results. As CraftIRL grew, we eventually moved to newer, more reliable printers — but all that hands-on knowledge came with us.

Today our equipment may be better, but knowing why a print works is still just as important as the machine making it.

THE STUDIO TODAY

From Our Workshop to Your Home.

Our setup has grown far beyond those first few printers. Today, our studio handles the whole process in-house — from designing and prototyping to printing, finishing, packing and shipping.

Having control over every step means we can obsess over the little things, keep improving our products and make sure what leaves our studio is something we're proud to put the CraftIRL name on.
